Our local speed test will provide a rough connection speed with a report function.
For more detail, please use the Netflix test as this will test the external network.
Lastly, if both speeds are far below expected, please report an issue.
- Please used a wired device connect to the router using a CAT5e cable.
- Please do not use the connection while the speed tests run their course.
- Please test twice on both speed tests and make a note of the results.
- Please re-perform the test in the morning, afternoon and evening for a good sample rate.
Once you have this information, please report the issue and we’ll investigate by monitoring the connection and raise engineer visits if required. Unlike other ISP’s, we’re proactive when dealing with speed issues, working hard to keep your connection performing well.
