Role & Responsibilities 
You will be the first point of contact when dealing with customers.
From dealing with new orders or managing existing customers so you must have a desire to learn about our products and services so you can answer customers promptly. 

> Assigning the right team when escalating problems or tasks. 
It’s important to assign the right person to make sure customers are answered quickly. Ensuring tasks that are needed are done or booked in/documented. 

> Assisting with Sales & Promotions.
As with any growing business, your input makes a real difference – whether its learning what upsells to existing customers or unlocking new markets via your personal knowledge.

> General Admin
Yep, we’ve said it. General admin duties like letter writing, audit compliance, database vetting and managing projects will all come into the role.

Asking if there is anything else and providing more than enough detail with the answer. 

> ‘No problem’ attitude
Going the extra mile might sound like an added extra however great customer care like this spreads by recommendation and word of mouth. The exact marketing policy we aim to achieve.
 
> Getting it done
There will be tasks that require a little extra, a follow up call or email out of hours for example. These tasks won’t go unnoticed and will be offset via flexitime.

It’ll be based out of our new office in Highbridge, Somerset and will start with a 5 hour per week contract. Salary to be negotiated. No Agents.

Role & Responsibilities 
You will be the first face of the company.
Customers order over the phone or online, so your face will be the first they will see, so smart in appearance and we’ll provide branded PPE and ID Card to make it easier to be approachable. 

> Workmanship that you would be proud to put your name on
Every install, every cable tack, every bolt – done properly, first time. This means no repeat calls or poor quality services or dissatisfaction. 

> Assisting with Sales & Promotions.
As with any growing business, your input makes a real difference – whether its learning what upsells to existing customers or unlocking new markets via your personal knowledge.

> Repairs & Modifications
Sometimes, we may send you out after a storm to re-point dishes that have loosened. Sometimes customer get scaffolding and need a dish moving. Typically under 8m by ladder, under 20m by powered access – provided by us. Rigging experience is a bonus and may be useful later.
